I created this program with the busy person in mind. The information in each module is straight to the point. You'll learn exactly what it is you need. If you are not able to make the weekly calls, I have set it up so that you will receive weekly accountability emails and you can communicate with me via email. There is also a private community group (outside of social media) where you can ask questions/ get additional support on your own time.
As you know, life generally doesn’t get simpler or easier. No one is going to free up time each week for you and tell you “here’s your time for feeling better!” And before you know it, another year or decade has flown by and you’re right where you are now. I provide insight, strategies, and practical tools that have helped dozens and dozens of busy men and women navigate their own personal situation. In fact, what I provide helps to simplify your life rather than complicate it. And that, my friend, is the first step towards fixing your fatigue.
Yes! To make things as easy as possible for you, I have included over 70 recipes. You can choose from a wide variety of different recipes that are delicious and easy to prepare -- all under 30 minutes. I have also categorized each recipe according to which HIDDEN stressor they support (e.g. anti-inflammatory, hormone balancing, mitochondrial (energy system) boosting, etc)
Absolutely not. If you have a trip planned, you can certainly take that time off and catch up when you return. I have also built in catch up time to some of the modules so that you don't feel overwhelmed. You'll also receive resources on how to keep making progress while dining out, going to parties, etc. This program will also set you up so that you can make it through any holiday season with your energy, wits and waist in tact!

All calls are recorded and you can review my guidance in the recording.
