Each day that we address the underlying H.I.D.D.E.N. stressors from your body, your whole world will change. Your body will get the rest it needs, your energy will improve, your mood, your patience, your skin, bowels and overall outlook on life. We can’t improve one area of your body or life without other areas or systems jumping on board.

I created this program with the busy person in mind.  The information in each module is straight to the point.  You'll learn exactly what it is you need.  If you are not able to make the weekly calls, I have set it up so that you will receive weekly accountability emails and you can communicate with me via email.  There is also a private community group (outside of social media) where you can ask questions/ get additional support on your own time.

As you know, life generally doesn’t get simpler or easier. No one is going to free up time each week for you and tell you “here’s your time for feeling better!” And before you know it, another year or decade has flown by and you’re right where you are now. I have included a powerful exercise in the Getting Started Guide that will help you free up time you never knew you had!

The straight answer is … not necessarily.  Everyone comes to me at different points and angles in their life.  I provide insight, strategies, and practical tools that have helped dozens and dozens of busy men and women navigate their own personal situation.  In fact, what I provide helps to simplify your life rather than complicate it.  And that, my friend, is the first step towards fixing your fatigue.

Yes! To make things as easy as possible for you, I have included over 70 recipes.  You can choose from a wide variety of different recipes that are delicious and easy to prepare -- all under 30 minutes.  I have also categorized each recipe according to which HIDDEN stressor they support (e.g. anti-inflammatory, hormone balancing, mitochondrial (energy system) boosting, etc)

Absolutely not.  If you have a trip planned, you can certainly take that time off and catch up when you return.  I have also built in catch up time to some of the modules so that you don't feel overwhelmed.  You'll also receive resources on how to keep making progress while dining out, going to parties, etc.  This program will also set you up so that you can make it through any holiday season with your energy, wits and waist in tact!

No worries.  If you have a specific question or area you need support in, you can email me your concern and I'll address it on the next call.  All calls are recorded and you can review my guidance in the recording.  Alternatively, you can email me and I will respond directly or ask for support in the private community group (outside of social media).  My goal is for you to be as successful as possible in the program by receiving as much hands-on support of an accomplished Health Coach (that's me!) as you need.

Asset Zero™ is my term for the business owner who understands that, in order to be successful and stay healthy, s/he treats themselves as THE most important asset in their business.  They are where everything starts.  Because when Asset Zero™ is out of balance, it's difficult to grow your business.  The analogy can be used for anyone (i.e., stay at home mom/dad, etc) who has to show up for others.  Treating yourself as the important asset as you are is the opposite of selfishness because, by improving your health, you are doing it for the benefit of those around you.

Absolutely!!  I believe wholeheartedly that having a community of like-minded people is vital to help support you on your healing journey.  The weekly group calls are certainly a part of that.  And to further provide support, I have created a private community space for you to interact with me and others who are on the same journey.  This is a private site, not related to any social media company.  It has the ease of use similar to some social media platforms, but your information is not shared, you won't see ads and other distractions and you can feel safe that information you share stays within the group.
